Our business development intern works closely with the Senior Business Strategist and Account Managers to help research and coordinate new business opportunities. Interns have the opportunity to sit in on client and brainstorming meetings, weekly progress meetings for the company, contribute ideas and discover and hone in their talents.

Duties:

·         Become completely familiar with industries, products, services and markets

·         Research and analyze new business opportunities

·         Research potential markets and competitors

·         Assist in development of presentations for clients

·        Develop proposals, correspondences and other materials relating to new business and account service

·         Research client industries as needed for marketing plans, competitive analysis, account presentations, and creative work

·         Maintain updated prospects and client lists

·         Answer telephone calls as well as be a communication link for all departments

·         Act as host/hostess for visiting clients        

·         Other possible duties include participating in new business meetings depending on intern’s initiative and skills.
